I specialize in HIGH-QUALITY mental health services in several areas
A large part of this is due to my background, personality, my passion in holistic therapy, and my comprehensive ability to see all things connected. As such, throughout the years I have chosen to be involved in training and experience that required intensive, family-systems-incorporated, empirical-based mental health services. This sharpened me to have a wide-range capability in providing a strong expert-level service for the following mental health areas as listed below.
I help people to learn how to communicate assertively so that they can feel heard by others as well as making other people feel heard.
I invite people who want to dive deeper into having a better understanding themselves learn to see the core essence of who they are, to love and embrace one's self, to find a higher sense of purpose, and therefore have a greater quality and satisfaction in life.
I help couples learn how to find each other again: to relearn how to trust, connect, respect, and to communicate together. I teach couples who are already committed to each other to learn how to re-fall in-love with their partner and to choose to re-commit on a daily basis no matter what storms that life brings.
I work with couples who are ready to take the next step into their relationship by preparing and equipping them to build a firm foundation into making a lifetime commitment.
I help individuals who are single learn how to live the best version of themselves. I also help those who are looking for love learn how to feel confident, attractive, and know how to utilize the appropriate skills in finding their soulmate.
I help parents build a deeper and healthier connection with their kids. I also help parents feel empowered to learn the appropriate tools and techniques on how to provide positive discipline to their children.
I help parents who are struggling with perinatal/postpartum issues to feel less alone, less shame, and more equipped into handling their life-transition while also saving space and energy to relish in their little bundle of joy.
I help people who have been or are going through significant trauma, violence, or abuse and are trying to learn how to break free from it's complexities by healing, redefining and overcoming.
I help people who have lost a loved one learn how to appropriately grieve and to advocate for themselves and their needs in the the midst of a world that continues to motion while their own world has shattered.
I help people who struggle with having a personality disorder or having a family member with a personality disorder, on learning how to have healthy boundaries and to find a sense of grounding.
I see humanity as holistic beings, and with that, I am comfortable with incorporating several facets into the work that I do, such as: nutritional integration, spiritual exploration, hypnotherapy for relaxation, guided imagery, and music therapy.

I am attuned to your culture and ethnic background and how it may affect your socioeconomic status and other daily life-factors. I also speak Hmong and am an expert in understanding and integrating Hmong mental health along with other Asian cultures.
Upon request, I can also help you explore how your faith and spiritual practice impacts your mental health and quality of life. I also provide Christian therapy.
