Background
- I'm a first-generation born in the United States, a daughter of Hmong refugee immigrants.
- I believe that in order to be a good therapist, I hold the responsibility to walk-the-talk as to what I believe. I prioritize in carrying moral values and practice them in my everyday life.
- I love being a wife and a mother, cooking, and spending quality-time with my family.
- I know that life has it's ups and downs, and that as human beings we aren't perfect. That is why I make it a daily commitment to practice love, joy, compassion, forgiveness, grace, mercy, authenticity, healthy balance, and empathy in my family life and significant relationships.
